Work has started on the refurbishment of an industrial estate in Huyton that totals almost 50,000 sq ft.
William Fishwick & Son has secured planning consent for the overhaul of Link Estate in Link Road. It comprises 9,851 sq ft across seven units. These provide trade counter/industrial space from 2,400 sq ft to 13,375 sq ft.
This scheme fronts Link Road within the long established industrial area of Huyton. It is within a quarter of a mile of Tarbock Island, a pivotal point in Liverpool where the M57 and M62 interconnect.

Refurbishment works are expected to complete by June 2023 and units are offered on a leasehold basis.
