Membership group Professional Liverpool appoints new sector lead of its corporate finance group
River Capital chief executive Mark Borzomato has been appointed as the sector lead of Professional Liverpool’s corporate finance group.
This group provides a platform to connect member organisations across multiple sectors including accounting and advisory firms, banks, law firms, private equity investors and enterprises.
Mark offers more than 25 years’ experience in the Liverpool corporate finance sector. He will work with new Professional Liverpool chief executive, Phil Adams, to “foster greater unity between the professional services sector and other regional stakeholders”.
This will be supported by a calendar of events, training programmes and initiatives. Mark is also a member of the Liverpool Chamber business policy committee and is an investment committee member at early-stage innovation investor Lyva Labs.
“Liverpool has a fantastic professional services community but it is crucial organisations such as PL continue to raise the awareness of this capability,” said Mark.
