Property developer? Sutton Kersh offers development opportunities at May auction

There are many exciting development opportunities for sale at Sutton Kersh’s May property auction.

The Merseyside property auction house will hold their third auction of 2017 at the end of May and have a number of properties available.

One property up for grabs is a former coach house located on Arundel Avenue, Liverpool. The property, which is spread across two floors, has a guide price of £60,000 and would be ideal for residential conversion for a rental income of £6,000 per annum.

Also at auction is The Old Slaughter House, Gwynedd, Wales. This is a freehold outbuilding formerly used as a slaughter house which has both residential or commercial development potential; a tearoom and flats above or three town houses. The property has a guide price of £75,000.

Cathy Holt, Associate Director at Sutton Kersh, said: ‘There are a lot of development opportunities in our May catalogue. If you’re a property developer, or if you’re after a summer project, you should definitely take a look.

Other development opportunities include:

Lot 1 – A three story, five bedroomed property in Mossley Hill, Liverpool, with a guide price of £100,000. The end terraced property needs a full refurbishment for occupation, resale or investment purposes.

Lot 24 – A three-bedroomed semi-detached property on Brodie Avenue, Liverpool, with a guide price of £140,000. There is potential to extend the property to the side and rear; planning permission was granted in the past.

Sutton Kersh’s next auction will be held on Thursday, May 25 at The Crowne Plaza, Liverpool.
