Provenio Litigation unveils two senior promotions
Hannah Catterall is made partner and Emma Charnock is being promoted to legal director at Provenio Litigation in Liverpool
Liverpool law firm Provenio Litigation has announced two senior promotions.
Hannah Catterall is made partner at the practice and Emma Charnock is being promoted to legal director. Provenio also says it has been ranked in Tier 1 for commercial litigation in the newly released Legal 500.
Ms Catterall has extensive experience advising a variety of clients including international corporations and high net worth individuals in respect of complex disputes.
Previous and current cases include professional negligence, shareholder earn-out disputes, breach of contract claims including disputes concerning complex financial structures and technical construction disputes.
She has worked with clients from a wide range of sectors including sports, hospitality, manufacturing, property development, utilities and aviation.
Ms Charnock has worked on cases with multi-jurisdictional aspects alongside lawyers from different jurisdictions and assisted clients in developing strategy and achieving successful resolutions integral to the commercial success of their business.
She is also accustomed to working alongside funders and insurers, supporting clients through the litigation process. And has extensive experience advising clients in respect of complex high value commercial disputes across a wide range of sectors.
Previously seconded to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Ms Charnock was part of the Enforcement Team during the ICO’s investigation into the use of personal data and data analytics in political campaigns.
These included the activities of Facebook and Cambridge Analytica, and also spent time on secondment to the litigation team of a big four clearing bank. She is also chair of the Merseyside Young Professionals.
