Fast-growing Liverpool recruitment firm Dynamic Search Solutions has relocated its city centre office to accommodate its expanding team.

It was established as a specialist IT recruitment outfit in 2014 by long-standing friends John Marks and Adam Law, with a view to providing a more personal talent sourcing service in the UK and across Europe.

The businesses first home was in Victoria Street and by 2015 and grown its headcount to 10. By this year that number had doubled to 20, with a big increase in turnover. It has now moved to refurbished space at 14 Castle Street with the help of property consultancy Worthington Owen, acquiring 1,850 sq ft of office space.

John Marks said: “Dynamic is expanding its operations with a focus on providing executive IT recruitment across London, Germany and Europe. Now businesses in Liverpool will have access to an executive search partner on their doorstep.”

He added the move brings with it multiple job opportunities in Liverpool for consultants in the IT and marketing recruitment sector. The company is currently welcoming job applications and will consider candidates with no recruitment experience as full training will be provided for the right people.
