More than 11,000 sq ft of office space is now available at Liverpool’s Royal Albert Dock following a £250,000 refurbishment.

Acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, CBRE’s office agency team in Liverpool has been instructed to market the available suites at the Grade I-listed 19th century Edward Pavilion on the city’s waterfront.

The renovation programme included full strip-out of the 1980s fittings, reconfiguration of three new office suites comprising 2,045 sq ft, 1,012 sq ft and 1,044 sq ft. The work was carried out by contractor Jennor.

Royal Albert Dock offers contemporary office space spanning 70,000 sq ft, with some 11,000 sq ft available to lease. Andy Byrne, associate director, CBRE said: “The dock is an integral part of the World Heritage waterfront and has undergone a transformation to become a world class destination.

“The Royal Albert Dock offers a unique environment that ambitious and creative companies will be proud to work from. With a raft of benefits on offer for tenants both in terms of first-class office accommodation and amenities, coupled with the buzz of the thriving Dock and its attractions, it is sure to have huge appeal.”
