BOXPARK Liverpool in the city’s Baltic Triangle will host the first Scouse Girl Social event in October, a day-long extravaganza aimed at teenage girls.

Scouse Girl Social will offer music, activities, a catwalk show and inspirational speakers. The concept has been created by Girls With Dreams Club, an organisation that provides workshops, events and coaching for teenage girls.

Co-founders Nic Byrne and Sarah Worsley say they are on a mission to help teenage girls “grow in confidence, explore who they are and dream bigger than the world sometimes expects”. This event will take place on Sunday, October 12, from 11am to 5pm.

There will be a catwalk show marking the official launch of Fashionista by Francesca created by fashion designer Francesca Kearns, better known as Francesca Couture. She will showcase her new range designed for teenagers.

The fashion show will also feature FIA Activewear, a new local brand focused on performance, quality and an accessible price point for teens through to women and athleisure brand Blanca Sport.

Music on the day will be provided by Bethany Webster and Rain Castillo, and DJs Kaci-Lea Lynch, Mollie Lucock, Ruby Richards and DJ Lilsss taking to the decks, as well as a special appearance from Liverpool’s TikTok star Ella Hewitt.

Workshops will include pilates with Pilates by Becka, a DJ workshop introducing girls to the art of DJing and mixing live and a gut, health and wellness workshop.
