Sefton Park Palm House host wedding fayre in association with Bride Magazine

Sefton Park Palm House is set to host a wedding fayre in collaboration with Bride Magazine this month.

On Sunday September 27th, hundreds of brides and grooms-to-be are set to descend on the iconic Grade II* listed Victorian glasshouse to gain an insight into the various nuptial necessities, while taking a tour around the venue.

Catering to an array of ceremony styles ranging from traditional to quirky, specialist exhibitors including caterers, photographers, DJs, florists and lighting companies will be on-hand between noon-4pm. Likewise couples will receive expert advice in how to make their dream wedding a reality courtesy of the Palm House’s expert wedding team.

Director of Sefton Park Palm House Moira Leonard said:

“Our beautiful venue combines unique architecture will the added bonus of impressive foliage – making it an idyllic setting for a parkland wedding.

“Having joined forces with Bride Magazine back in March, we are very much excited for the autumn instalment. Specialists from across Merseyside and even further afield will be coming down to help couples decide on everything from the bigger choices, to the often overlooked small touches. By combining our wedding knowledge, we hope to make the planning process a walk in the park – literally!”

In addition to the exhibitors, live catwalks will take also place at 1pm and 3pm and will feature exquisite bridal gowns, which have been created by highly-renowned designers from across the country.

“Not only will the afternoon help couples to plan for their big day, it will give them a great opportunity to have a look around the Palm House and get a real feel for it. Likewise to all of our past wedding fayres, the day promises to be a fun and exciting day for everyone involved.

“Having recently been crowned Suburban Wedding Venue of the Year in the 2015 Eat, Drink, Sleep Awards, it gives us a great sense of pride and achievement to maintain our acclaim as a wedding destination of choice.”

Bride: The Wedding Fayre at Palm House will take place on Sunday, September 27 between 12-4pm – admission is free. The first fifty brides to register will receive a goodie bag including a copy of Cheshire and Lancashire Bride Magazine (worth £4.50).
