Agents at Cushman & Wakefield are marketing an 8,650 sq ft office building close to Runcorn.

The firm is consolidating its operations into group premises in Capenhurst.

Cushman & Wakefield will be marketing the space with joint agent, Legat Owen.

Abbots Park is an established business location which sits within the North Cheshire ‘office triangle’ which comprises Chester, Warrington and South Manchester.

It is a short drive from junction 11 of the M56 with Runcorn East train station a mile away from the park.

“This is evidenced by the fact that the rest of the business park is fully occupied.
