Hotel developer, Signature Living has announced that it has acquired the former home of NHS Liverpool’s Clinical Commissioning Group, One Arthouse Square. 

The company intends to transform the building into a high-spec apart-hotel to add to its growing property portfolio. Taking the number of Liverpool accommodation beds to over 1500, this will further boost the local economy and ongoing regeneration of the RopeWalks area.

Signature Living’s multi-million pound redevelopment of the multi-story 27,575 sq ft site, situated within Liverpool’s RopeWalks area, will include a ‘unique’ dining offer and exciting social space that will complement the mixed use and independent status of the area.

The company is also exploring a collaboration with the neighbouring Foundation for Art and Creative Technology (FACT) on the development and is consulting on the possibility of an art and film theme for the new venue.
