Merseyside Youth Association (MYA) is looking for teams to enter their annual golf day and gala dinner at Caldy Golf Course in September.

MYA operations manager, Liam Corcoran said:

“Following the success of last year’s inaugural event; which raised over £6,500 for the charity, we have decided to make it an annual fixture in our fundraising events calendar.

“We’re looking for teams of four to enter; it can be companies, keen golfers or maybe just groups of friends. We also have sponsor opportunities available for businesses interested in supporting us.”

After their day of golf, guests will enjoy an evening gala dinner, followed by live entertainment.

MYA work with young people between the ages of 7-25 to inspire them to reach their full potential, it’s the association’s aim to create positive and lasting changes to their lives.

Funds raised will go towards supporting these young people through a range of engagement projects covering; sports; disability; youth work; health; arts; social inclusion and employability; training and infrastructure support; and promoting participation.
