Electric car giant Tesla and food outlets Wagamama and Wingstop are the latest arrival at Liverpool Shopping Park amid the completion of an £11m expansion.

Opening close to Edge Lane just outside the city centre, Liverpool Shopping Park has now seen its 165,000 sq ft footprint expanded by a further 71,000 sq ft. LBN first reported the project in February 2023 and the new space is already fully let.

In the last week, Tesla opened a new 20,000 sq ft car showroom and Five Guys welcomed customers to its drive-thru restaurant. Costa Coffee is completing works on its new drive thru, which will open in September.

Wagamama and Wingstop have become the latest new tenants to take space having both agreed 15 year leases for 3,000 sq ft units each alongside a new Nando’s, which is set to open in the autumn.

Hollywood Bowl opened earlier in the summer following an extensive refurbishment and expansion to create a new 35,000 sq ft bowling and leisure facility.
