The Interesting Eating Company goes ‘barking mad’ for National Pet Month

With National Pet Month well underway, The Interesting Eating Company is encouraging ‘dogs to take their owners out for a cuppa’.

Throughout April, the original Allerton Road eatery together with its new Liverpool ONE pop-up, which is based at the entrance to Peter’s Lane, will treat pet owners to a free hot beverage when visiting with their four-legged friends.

Nichola said:

“We are delighted to be celebrating National Pet Month with our customers, as we want everyone to know that we are a pet-friendly zone, whereby owners are welcome to take a break and dine with their dogs.

“With that in mind, guests who bring their dogs along can enjoy a barista-style hot beverage on us throughout the course of the month.”

Since its establishment back in 2012, The Interesting Eating Company holds an ever-expanding reputation for being one of the North West’s quirkiest independently ran eateries.

In addition to serving its signature pancakes and waffles, both venues provide freshly prepared sandwiches, ‘grab and go’ light bites, cakes and a selection of gluten free variations, as well as barista-style hot beverages.

 Andrea added:

“Many coffee shops in the city don’t allow dogs inside, however as we are known for being original and offering something a little different – dogs are more than welcome at our pet-friendly eatery and we even provide them with fresh drinking water during their visit.

“So that all of our customers can have an enjoyable experience, we ask dog owners to make sure that their pets are kept on a short lead.”
