The Interesting Eating Company set to sweeten things up with week-long waffle celebrations
The Interesting Eating Company is preparing to mark Waffle Day (March 25) with a week-long celebration
With locations on the entrance to St Peter’s Lane Liverpool ONE and Allerton Road, the eatery, which is renowned for its speciality waffles, is set to embark on a seven day commemoration of its popular dish between Monday, March 21 and Sunday, March 27.
Director of The Interesting Eating Company Andrea Edwards said:
“When we found out that Waffle Day was coming up, we got so excited that we decided to dedicate a whole week to the novel foodie occasion. As waffles are one of our most popular menu items, we are looking forward to marking the occasion with a week-long celebration of our huge variety of flavours. In a bid to create an all-inclusive waffle experience for our guests, we will be providing children with the chance to get creative and invent their very own waffle toppings, perfect for the little ones of the family. With the extensive selection of ingredient combinations available, there’s certainly something for everybody to enjoy.”
The Interesting Eating Company is renowned for its signature waffle options comprising imaginative flavours such as simply lemon & sugar, maple syrup with ice cream, peanut butter, Nutella & banana and banana & toffee. The independent eatery also serves up sweet and savoury pancakes, ‘grab and go’ light bites, cakes and barista hot beverages.
Director Nichola Lee added:
“Waffles are a fantastic option for any time of day and we look forward to introducing the delicious dish to many of our customers who perhaps may not have tried out all of our varieties before. With the wide selection of flavours available, we know that the waffles on our famous blackboard menus will go down a treat throughout central and suburban Liverpool.”
