The Keel lets 50% of apartments in first three months

Just three month’s after its launch, Liverpool’s stunning new residential development The Keel is now over 50% let.

All of the studio apartments and over 80% of one beds, 25% of two and a third of three beds have already been taken up by tenants, who plan to move in to the luxury development on Queen’s Dock at the end of the month.

The £30m transformation of the former HMRC customs and revenue office, consists of 240 apartments, complete with a residents’ only gym and waterside terrace.
