Transatlantic shipping line signs new lease at Liverpool Waters
Advised by Worthington Owen, ICL Agencies UK will continue to occupy its 6,500 sq ft office space at Princes Dock until 2028
Transatlantic shipping line ICL Agencies UK is extending its office lease at Prince Dock on Liverpool’s waterfront.
ICL has occupied 6,500 sq ft at Princes Dock, part of Peel’s Liverpool Waters scheme, since 2013 and is now extending its lease to the end of 2028. The company was advised on the deal by Worthington Owen.

It has been a busy year for Liverpool Waters at Princes Dock, with a number of businesses, including most recently, Odin Consulting, Epic Finance, choosing Liverpool Waters to expand their operations.
