An industrial estate close to Runcorn is now 100% let following after the final three units were snapped up.

The trio of deals at Berkley Court, accounting for the final 10,000 sq ft of accommodation, means all 17 units are now taken.

Forming part of the 300-acre Manor Park office and industrial zone, Berkley Court is managed by Langtree.

Kathryn Smart, the firm’s senior property manager, said: “The estate was extensively refurbished less than 12 months ago and the recent deals bringing it to a fully occupied status validate our very active asset management approach.

“Businesses want a base that projects the right image and this has been a factor in all three lettings.”

One of the new lettings is to Definecto which provides integrated technology design and project management for the marine industry.

Berkeley Court comprises 17 industrial units ranging in size from 2,431 to 21,611 sq ft across four terraces, in a prime industrial location midway between Warrington and Runcorn.
