Since January, property firm Urban Splash has  completed on 40,000 sq ft of deals across its northern portfolio, including Liverpool

Property firm Urban Splash has secured commercial lettings at two Liverpool sites totalling 4,629 sq ft since January.

At its Matchworks complex in Garston in south Liverpool, Urban Splash had let a 2,245 sq ft space to Fancy Dress Shop. And in the Tea Factory in Liverpool city centre, other lettings mean the building is now full.

Urban Splash has completed on 40,000 sq ft of lettings across its northern portfolio. Other deals include at Beehive Mill in Manchester and Barton Business Park in Eccles, as well as Park Hill in Sheffield.
