The Outset in central Warrington has been formally opened by Warrington South MP Faisal Rashid.

The Outset, formerly Bank Quay House on Sankey Street Warrington, has been transformed by new owners Equinox Properties following a programme of full refurbishment and modernisation.

The formal opening event was attended by more than 70 guests who enjoyed refreshments provided by the contemporary, independent ‘Outset Cafe’ who are based on the ground floor.

The ground floor area also now hosts the co-working space which includes meeting and telephone pods and a transformed reception and lobby. Mr Rashid said: “The Outset is now a fabulous office space. The building has been transformed into an exciting contemporary facility befitting Warrington’s vibrant and thriving business community. It is a great place to work.”

Daniel Jebreel managing director of Equinox Properties added: “We worked collaboratively to create a beautiful, practical workspace and café that is a great place in which to work.

“It has been our objective to create a community for business in the ground floor space and co-working area which engages and encourages interaction with our tenants who are permanently based in the building.”
