Property firm Smith and Sons will offer 43 lots at its latest Wirral auction including a licensed premises in Oxton providing restaurant space for 60 diners and former mill.

Taking place at 2pm at the Village Hotel in Bromborough on Wednesday, September 19, the auction includes a range of houses for refurbishment, residential and commercial investments, building land and properties ready for immediate occupation.

With the majority of the lots located in Merseyside, there are also properties for sale in North Wales and Cheshire.

Chris Johnson, auctioneer at Smith and Sons, said: “This is a particularly strong auction in terms of volume, diversity and quality of the lots available – there really is something for everyone.”

Also on offer is an amazing former mill property together with a detached house and office accommodation in Nannerch, within easy reach of Mold Town Centre.

A number of investments produce yields in excess of 13% return. Flats in Rake Lane, Wallasey close to Liscard Town Centre and Alexandra Road close to Birkenhead Park offer high yields and three modern houses in Harrowby Road are suitable either for owner occupation or investment.
