Financial planning firm Willson Grange is appointing 10 new associates to its Liverpool city centre team.
The family owned business, which relocated to Princes Dock at Liverpool Waters in September 2018, has already seen a surge in headcount in 2019 after opening its career development centre.
It has already seen the 24 advisers within cohorts one and two pass initial stages of industry exams. The 10 new associates on cohort three, including nine new employees and one existing staff member, will now embark on a structured programme of intensive training and development to become fully qualified wealth management advisers within 18 months.
Willson Grange has also made significant investments in its administration and front of house infrastructure to support the growing needs of the business, with the business now employing close to 100 staff.
Managing director Will Alterman: “We are passionate about investing in the next generation of financial advisers. It is expected that 15,000 financial advisers out of a pool of 26,000 may retire in the next five-to-10 years, providing a real opportunity for anyone considering a change in career.
“Our location, our facilities and our talented training team provide the opportunity for those candidates with life experience to begin a brand-new career.”
Willson Grange was founded in 2000 by Stuart Willson and is one of the largest practices within the St James’s Place Wealth Management Group.
