Organisers of the Wirral Business Awards 2022 have revealed their shortlist.

Winners of the awards, organised by Wirral Chamber of Commerce, will be announced at a ceremony on Friday, September 30. The venue will be Woodside Food & Market within Woodside ferry terminal.

Finalists were chosen by a three-strong judging panel comprising Jane Morgan, senior manager culture at Wirral Council, Chris Lee, director of Start-Yard, and Paula Basnett, chief executive of Wirral Chamber of Commerce. There are eight separate categories.

Paula Basnett said: “We are thrilled to host this event once again to celebrate not only the 110th anniversary of Wirral Chamber of Commerce, but also to pay tribute to the amazing work, commitment and resilience of our businesses, who have come through two turbulent years.

“The exceptional quality of the applications made it difficult for Chris, Jane and myself to judge. However, we are very confident that the selected enterprises will do a fantastic job of promoting the best about Wirral businesses.”
