Digital agency Maxweb has teamed up Ghost Software to to create an app to be used by letting agents, landlords, rental property owners and tenants.

The Wirral firm says the app will allow users to create a quick and easy inventory for their properties and streamline their traditional administration processes.

Maxweb director Mark Ainsworth said: “The app will boast a number of key functions that will make the administration processes involved when renting a property easier for all parties involved including tenants, landlords and estate agents.

“The app allows the user to create a full inventory of any property before tenants move in and complete periodic inspections easily by having the move in data to hand ahead of check outs.

“Ghost Software’s primary business offering is undertaking property inventories and inspections but now they have the means to provide other companies with the technology to do the job.

“With a five-figure budget we were able to plan, develop and launch the app over the course of 12 months with Ghost Property’s business objectives acting as the driving force behind the entire project.”
