Smith and Sons has revealed details of its Wirral summer property auction taking place on Wednesday, July 13.
Online bidding will open at 12 noon on July 12. There are 23 lots on offer comprising refurbishment projects, residential investments and vacant houses. Properties in need of upgrade and modernisation are already proving popular.

“Land and barns with outbuildings in Thornton le Moors are guided at £400,000 to £450,000 with planning for conversion. And there are two large properties in Birkenhead with planning to convert and upgrade to flats. There are also vacant commercial premises also with development potential.
