A £2m trampoline and adventure park is due to open at Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park this summer, creating 60 jobs.

The facility is being brought to Merseyside by the world’s biggest trampoline park operator, Flip Out. The 46,000 sq ft arena is set to be the biggest in Merseyside.

Offering more than just trampolines, Flip Out Aintree’s main arena includes an 85ft horizontal climbing wall, two 24ft cyber towers for vertical races between friends, wipeout zone, battle beams, a laser maze and a huge free-running area.

Entrepreneurs Gobind and Hardip Sohal from Ormskirk are thrilled to be bringing the concept to such an iconic location.

Gobind said: “This is a first for Merseyside and sees Aintree welcoming jumpers of a different kind. It’s the perfect location blending the fun of a traditional trampoline arena with the excitement of an activity and adventure park.

Flip Out Aintree is the first arena of its kind on Merseyside and will appeal to all the family, offering everything from performance trampolines to a whole zone dedicated to children and soft play for toddlers.

“We’re looking to work with local schools and other community organisations to give them the opportunity to use Flip Out as a place to exercise, socialise and have fun.”

Flip Out Aintree will also include a café, free wifi and four party rooms which can also be used as break-out rooms for corporate events.
