£5m office-to-apartments conversion in Warrington town centre is complete

Lettings and viewings are now being taken for residences priced at rentals of between £500 and £950pcm – first tenants will move into the development before Christmas

Developer Emerald Bay Construction has finished work on the £5m conversion of former offices at Kings Court, central Warrington into 32 loft-style apartments.

Each apartment is different in size and layout and the interiors were designed and overseen by London interior design agency Gunter & Co.

Lettings and viewings are now being taken for residences priced at rentals of between £500 and £950pcm. The first tenants are signed up and will be taking up residence prior to Christmas.

Adam Jude, director at James Peacock Property, which is managing agent for the property said: “This is a very exciting project which Emerald Bay has brought forward and is the first phase in a larger residential development plan in the town centre.

“These are high quality, aspirational properties which we believe is something that has not been seen in Warrington before.

Cllr Terry O’Neill, leader of Warrington Council added: “A key objective within Warrington’s framework for growth is to repopulate the town centre and the Kings Court development is one of the largest residential development projects that has been brought forward in decades.”
