Employment law, HR and health and safety practice AfterAthena appoints a new HR consultant in Liverpool

Hannah Dines has been appointed HR consultant at the Liverpool office of employment law, HR and health and safety firm AfterAthena.

Based at the firm’s office at The Plaza, Hannah brings seven years of experience in HR across sectors including for professional services providers such as international business advisors Azets and Liverpool-based law firm Hill Dickinson.

Her skill set includes managing employee relations, restructuring and redundancies, grievances, disciplinary and conduct issues, capability and absence management, dismissals and settlement agreements.

She advises employers on complex workplace issues and supports them in managing risk while achieving practical outcomes.

Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Level 3 and Level 5 qualified, Hannah also has offers experience of developing HR policies, toolkits and guidance, including work relating to menopause awareness and diversity, equity and inclusion.
