Rail Tech Solutions opens North West Head Office
Rail Tech Solutions (RTS) has opened a new North West head office at Liverpool International Business Park, in a deal brokered by Hitchcock Wright & Partners.
Property agents Hitchcock Wright & Partners and CBRE have announced the sale of two adjoining buildings at Hurricane Court in Speke to the international rail company.
RTS, which provides and supports the railway and metro infrastructure in the UK and Australia, will accommodate a 4,500 sq ft unit.
The buildings will accommodate 25 members of staff as part of Rail Tech’s consolidation in the North West region.
Hurricane Court benefits from an unrivalled position in the centre of the business park, which is one of the city’s premier business locations. The park is adjacent to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and boasts excellent transport links including public transport and motorways.
Brian Ricketts of Hitchcock Wright & Partners, says:
“This is a tremendous boost for Liverpool International Business Park and another positive endorsement from a well-established international company.
“RTS Limited (RTS) was formed in July 2000 with the objective of providing fault and incident management solutions to the rail industry and is one of the UK’s largest railway infrastructure maintenance companies to manage all fault and incident response units.
“We are hopeful this will act as a catalyst and bring further high profile names to the park who wish to be associated with other such high profile tenants.
“We currently have a range of accommodation available from 1100 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft in a secure parkland environment and abundant on-site parking. The buildings are to let or for sale.”
