Sutton Kersh has seen a spike in instructions for their September auction, with more than 140 lots on sale.

“In the last few weeks we’ve seen a real increase in instructions and the September auction will be a huge affair, with more than 140 lots on sale, including land, vacant houses, churches, commercial premises and tenanted residential properties throughout Merseyside, Manchester, Wigan and Wales.

“Amongst the 140 lots are a handful of standout properties where we expect strong bidding. In particular is Lot 32, a former abattoir site located in Whalley, Lancashire. Cathy’s tips for hot properties in the next auction include:

Lot 31 – A four bedroomed farmhouse and 0.32 acres of land in the heart of the Ribble Valley. The property is in need of some modernisation and comes with a guide price of £350,000.

Lot 64 – A rare opportunity to acquire 47 lock up garages across South Liverpool, all fully let and currently producing £28,300 per annum. The opportunity comes with a guide price of £275,000.
