Downing adding another 5,000 sq ft of Flexi-Office space to Liverpool’s commercial district

Liverpool property firm Downing is to create 10 new ‘Flexi-Office’ suites totalling 5,000 sq ft in the heart of the city’s commercial district.
The company has started work on the suites, at No 1 Old Hall Street, which will range in size from 140 sq ft to 1,100 sq ft and are suitable for one to 20 people.
In the last few weeks Downing has also announced that coffee and sandwich chain Pret A Manger would also be moving into the building, occupying the ground floor space that was formerly the Exchange Bar.
Its Flexi-Office package features inclusive monthly rents, flexibility on duration to suit each customer’s business plan, along with a simplified and standard, short form of lease.
