Commercial agents acting for Junction 8 Trade & Business Park in Ellesmere Port have secured fresh deals totalling 33,000 sq ft and now just two units remain. Tony McDonough reports.
A business park in Ellesmere Port has secured a number of new lettings totalling 33,000 sq ft leaving just two available units at the site.
Completed transactions at Junction 8 Trade & Business Park include 10,500 sq ft to Junction 8 Tile and Stone, 3,000 sq ft to Granite Transformations and a 5,000 sq ft unit to national supplier of truck and van parts FP&S.
New sign ups also include electrical trade wholesaler Rexel and ceiling company Be-Plas. A national transport provider has also signed up for 15,000 sq ft.
Major occupiers already resident at the site include Screwfix, Plumb Centre, Speedy Hire, Benchmarx, Arco and Toolstation.
Only two 5,000 sq ft units remain at the business park, according to joint agents Hitchcock Wright & Partners (HWP) and CBRE.
Nick Harrop, partner at HWP, said: “In the last 18 months we have let units to both national and local trade counter businesses who were attracted to the site because of its excellent location and accessibility.
“With only two remaining units to let, we predict that the strong demand in Junction 8 Trade & Business Park will continue, especially with such an established list of occupiers on site.”
