Beauty retailer Glamour Forever and Time Watch Repairs have added to more than 100 outlets at the centre in the heart of Liverpool city centre’s shopping district

Two independent stores have signed up to take units at St John’s Shopping Centre in Liverpool city centre.

Beauty retailer Glamour Forever and Time Watch Repairs have added to more than 100 outlets at the centre.

That’s Entertainment have also taken new larger premises in the centre.

St John’s general manager Robert Bradley said: “We’ve always been home to some great local indies and have built our reputation on being an eclectic mix with bigger retail names too, which really meet our customers needs and demands.”

Since the centre was refurbished with a £10m investment, along with branding and a new website, lettings enquiries from larger value fashion retailers, lifestyle brands and leisure vendors have risen, Mr Bradley added.

“St John’s has been part of the fabric of Liverpool for a very long time and it’s important that we continue to support the city and our local independent stores,” he said.

“But we are also ambitious and want to see even more variety and choice for our shoppers as well as an extended choice of goods.”
