Developer Iliad has released the first images showing the interior of its latest £30m residential scheme in Liverpool city centre.
Iliad, which has delivered a number of residential projects in the city over the past 25 years, is putting the finishing touches to The Eight. It comprises 120 apartments one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies.
Located between Liverpool’s Ropewalks District and the city’s Baltic Triangle district, The Eight will welcome its first residents in July. They will have access to on-site parking, a concierge service and 24-hour security.
