New owner of an industrial building on the Wirral peninsula to spend £500,000 on major upgrade. Tony McDonough reports
An industrial property in Ellesmere Port is to undergo a £500,000 upgrade.
The Pacific Building has recently changed hands and the new owner is keen to revamp the property to attract a new occupier. Located in Cromwell Road the building comprises 46,150 sq ft of space across two storeys. It sits on a 1.73-acre site.
Mark Diaper, director of industrial agency at Legat Owen, the appointed property agent for the building, said the proposed £500,000 upgrade will make it a more attractive proposition for an operator.
“Good quality warehouse and industrial stock such as that proposed for The Pacific Building is a rare opportunity, especially in this area,” he said.

“It will be available for occupation in the third quarter of 2023 and, at just £3.95 per sq ft, is an extremely competitive rate for Ellesmere Port. It is in a superb location so we expect it to be snapped up quickly.”
This property is located less than five minutes from Junctions 9 and 10 of the M53. It is within easy reach of Ellesmere Port town centre and Cheshire Oaks.
