Tax specialist Michael Spencer has joined the Liverpool office of accountancy firm MHA Moore and Smalley as a partner.
Michael joins the practice from Grant Thornton where he worked for nine years. In his new role he will focus on business restructuring, exit readiness, succession planning and wealth protection.
He also offers expertise in international business structures and will work alongside tax partner Tony Reddin and senior tax manager Michael Court in the firm’s Liverpool-based team.
