Adlib business growth accredited to success at IFB 2014

Since demonstrating their proficiency and expertise at the International Business Festival (IFB) an Audio/Visual group from Speke known as Adlib has secured 20 clients around and been named the preferred supplier for six venues around Liverpool City Centre.

The venues include Liverpool Cruise Terminal, Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, The World Museum and the Crown Plaza hotel. The IFB gave Adlib the opportunity to showcase their technical fluency as well as their familiarity with audio, AV, lighting and equipment earning them a slew of new clients.

It invested £250,000 into new equipment to provide services at the 50 day business festival.

Adlib also provided staff to run some of the facilities during the festival’s proceedings, this included 25 engineers to support the work of head technicians Jon Priest and Dan Brown.

The director of Adlib Mark Roberts appeared humbled when he admitted “IFB was the largest business event in which we’ve been involved to date, and something that is completely unique.”

Roberts was pleased with Adlib’s exposure and expressed delight in garnering clients around Liverpool saying:

“We are exceedingly proud that Liverpool was chosen as the host city and also that we had the chance to rise to the many challenges and provide an unparalleled service to the required standards of excellence.”

More than 75,000 delegates from 88 countries visited the IFB.
