Organisers of the spectacular seven-night Feast of Fire festival in Liverpool in March have released more details about the event.

Feat of Fire takes place in St John’s Gardens, at the back of St George’s Hall, around the weekend before Easter, March 23-25, and then on the Easter weekend itself, March 30 to April 2.

Organisers Walk the Plank says they will be showcasing Liverpool cultural organisations, including Liverpool SoulFest, Pagoda Arts, Milapfest and Movema.

After the earlier Feast of Fire family sessions, Feast of Fire Lates will offer an additional twist each evening with a mix of uniquely themed experiences from 8.30pm-10.30pm. The programme is as follows:

  • Easter Saturday, March 31 – African Heat – Feel the beat in the fiery heat and enjoy a preview of this summer’s Africa Oyé festival with live music and entertainment.
  • Easter Sunday, April 1 – Liverpool Pride on Fire – A one night inferno of everything that’s hot about Liverpool – for the LGBTQ+ community and friends.
