Hey Farina has started welcoming diners to its venue in Williamson Square. Opened by the Cillo family, it will be one of seven food and drink outlets they operate on the same site, spread over four floors.
This latest venture sits alongside the Cillo family’s P&D Deli, which is led by experienced hospitality entrepreneur Donato Cillo.
It will be open seven days a week and specialise in all things flour as the name suggests. Hey Farina will serve authentic pasta, salads, focaccia and baked goods.
Donato said: “We are so proud to showcase our culture and cuisine in a city that is bursting with incredible food and an extremely supportive community.
“Hey Farina is our twist on modern Italian dining whilst using quality produce and ingredients in a variety of regional recipes. Our family really does have a real passion for all things food, and we put our hearts into everything we craft.
“For us, it’s all about creating a true Italian experience. From the moment you step through the door, you will be transported straight into Italy with an authentic atmosphere accompanied by truly Italian music.”
