Blue Air is offering extra flights for Liverpool and Everton supporters in November and December

 

Low-cost airline Blue Air is putting on extra flights out of Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LJLA) to ensure Liverpool and Everton FC fans can follow their teams in Europe.

The Romanian carrier will provide extra scheduled services for Liverpool’s Champions League clash with Sevilla in Spain n November and Everton’s match against Apollon Limassol FC in Cyprus in December.

For the Liverpool game Blue Air says a flight to Seville will depart from Liverpool at 6.30am on November 21.

The short flight of just two hours, leaves Red fans with plenty of time to explore Seville before the game that evening.

The return flight is scheduled to bring supporters back to Liverpool on November 22 at 1.30am.

For Everton fans planning on travelling to the Blues’ game against Apollon Limassol FC, there will be a flight departing to Larnaca in Cyprus from Liverpool on December 7 at 6am with the return flight after the match, leaving at 2.30am on December 8.

Tudor Constantinescu, chief commercial officer at Blue Air, said “LJLA has been our home since March and we have seen first-hand how passionate the locals are about their football teams.

“It’s an exciting time for Liverpool and Everton with both having qualified for Europe this season.

“We’re delighted to be able to offer these special one-off flights to ensure both sets of fans can watch their team in action.”
