Blueoak Estate has launched its latest high-end apartment scheme in Wirral.

Located in Hoylake, Estuary View on Meol’s Parade is currently under construction. It comprises eight luxury apartments that offer uninterrupted views across the Dee Estuary to North Wales.

Each two-bedroom apartment offers an “arts and crafts aesthetic” that blends with existing architecture. And each unit benefits from a private terrace or balcony each with sea views.

Lift access to all homes as well as communal gardens, extensive landscaping and car parking form a wider part of the scheme.

Iain MacLean, director of Blueoak Estates said: “This is a fantastic development that epitomises the wider Blueoak approach in creating quality, spacious homes that appeal to those wanting to future proof their lifestyle and remain in a prime location.

“The scheme has received high levels of interest over the last few months and we’re pleased to confirm that interested parties can now take a tour of the site and reserve their new home off-plan.”

Estuary View was formally launched on Friday, April 14, with an information evening being held on April 26 at Bradshaw Farnham & Lea in West Kirby.

In February LBN reported a £10m housing project by Blueoak that meets the Government’s latest environmental standards was 90% sold before it had been completed.

The developer is currently building St Michaels Park off Lache Lane in Westminster Park, Chester. It comprises 21 homes ranging from one to four bedrooms. So far 19 have been sold off plan. The final two units are available for £670,000 each.
