Colin Sinclair, director of property marketing at Bruntwood, said:

“The business lounge offers an opportunity for networking, brainstorming or simply having somewhere to unwind away from your desk, all of which are vital necessities of modern working lives.

“The IoD shares many of our values around diverse workspaces and we are confident that this brand new facility will quickly become an asset to local IoD members and our customers.

“Our serviced space customers based in other regions can also use the lounge, so if you’re with Bruntwood in Birmingham for example, you can use the Liverpool lounge when you have business in the city.”

“We have around 1,800 members in the North West and are committed to giving them real added value and supporting their development in any way we can. That means creating ideas and products that harness their working practices and meet their needs.”
