Cassell Moore appoint new solicitor for wills, trusts and probate
Cassell Moore, which provides first-rate legal and strategic support to businesses and individuals, has appointed Rachel Eley (pictured) in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team.
Rachel, who joins from Lees Solicitors in Birkenhead, will be based at the firm’s headquarters in the iconic Grade I listed Edward Pavilion building located at the historic Albert Dock.
Rachel, who specialises in wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate matters, has over nine years’ experience working as a paralegal, trainee solicitor and now newly qualified solicitor.
She graduated from the University of Leicester and completed her LPC at the College of Law in Birmingham.
Commenting on Rachel’s appointment, Stephen Morris, managing partner at Cassell Moore, said:
“Wills, trusts and probate is a key service area that we were keen to expand into. Having recently launched the department with the appointment of Louise Berry we’re now thrilled to be able to welcome Rachel Eley to the team who I’ve no doubt will be an asset to the firm and the clients we represent.”
Rachel added:
“Protecting the wealth that you wish to pass on to your loved ones is so important in order for you to rest assured that your wishes will be legally enforced. This is an area of law I’m very passionate about and I’m really looking forward to helping grow this new service at Cassell Moore.”
