Chancerygate acquires former EE data centre at Wirral business park

A former Wirral data centre operated by mobile phone giant EE has been acquired by property developer and management company, Chancerygate.

The firm has bought the 14,133 sq ft Stadium Court on Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough for an undisclosed sum.

Chancerygate is set to undertake a refurbishment of the building which is due to be completed by the end of the year. 

Legat Owen has been retained as the sole letting agent to market the space at a quoting rent of £5.50 per sq ft.

Chancerygate asset manager, David Tyson, said: “This project reflects our strategy of investing in buildings situated in strategic industrial locations throughout the North West and creating properties which meet occupiers’ needs.

“We are looking for similar opportunities throughout the region.”
