Creative Kitchen set to kick off its 2017 programme of digital and creative events

Members of Liverpool’s digital and creative community will gather at 92 Degrees Coffee in Liverpool to share their their knowledge, ideas and experiences at the end of this month.

Creative Kitchen will kick off its 2017 programme with a ‘Developer Breakfast’ event at 92 Degrees Coffee in Liverpool city centre.

Members of Liverpool’s digital and creative community will gather at the Hardman Street venue on Tuesday, January 31, to share their their knowledge, ideas and experiences.

Creative Kitchen specialises in organising events for the digital and creative sector, holding them at independent venues in Liverpool and Manchester.

On Wednesday, February 8, the team will host one of its ‘Made Here’ events at Scandinavian-inspired gathering space Hus in Tithebarn Street, Liverpool.

It will include speakers from digital agencies Angel Solutions, Cleversteam, and freelance collective Nine Dots Creative.

They will be offering their insight into their journey in digital and how they got to where they are today.

Creative Kitchen will also be involved with Prolific North Live, which takes place in Manchester over Wednesday and Thursday, February 15 and 16.

The Creative Kitchen team will be hosting a stage at the expo, teaming up with Freelance Friday to host Freelance Hour, a session packed with useful advice and inspiration around life as a freelancer.

Curator of Creative Kitchen Gavin Sherratt will also be speaking at the expo, offering an insight into collaboration and developing a peer group community.

Gavin, who is also managing director of development agency and digital consultancy Mashbo, said: “We had a great 2016 at Creative Kitchen and we can’t wait to add to that success with some amazing events that we have planned for this year.

“We’re passionate about growing the already incredible digital and creative sector that exists in the region.”
