Mr Pressley said: “The early months of the year are one of the peak times in the business calendar that owners look to sell, and we traditionally see an upsurge in enquiries at this time of year.

“Many risk-averse owners also feel that they would rather sell sooner rather than later due to the uncertainty over Brexit, but are unsure over where to start.”
