Gregory Abrams Davidson leads the charge against Depuy’s notorious Pinnacle
Gregory Abrams Davidson (GAD) LLP has become one of just five specialist solicitors in the country to be included on a steering committee to lead litigation against DePuy, the company behind Pinnacle, a metal hip device that has been subject to a large number of high profile legal actions across the World.
GAD, which has its headquarters in Liverpool with additional offices in London is one of the UK’s leading specialist solicitors handling hip litigation, already acting for more than one hundred DePuy ASR clients.
Lisa Lunt, head of clinical negligence is leading the Pinnacle litigation team that have been involved with the cases since the recall of the product in August 2010.

A group litigation order (GLO) was approved at the end of July by the president of the Queens Bench Division at the High Court of Justice in London.
