The Liverpool office at Haines Watts Chartered Accountants are celebrating after the national firm was crowned Accountancy Firm of the Year (Large Clients) at the 2015 FDs Excellence Awards for the fourth consecutive year.

After beating off stiff competition from across the UK, with big names including Grant Thornton, BDO, Baker Tilly and Deloittes – Haines Watts received the accolade and came a close second to winning Accountancy Firm of the Year (Smaller Clients), during an awards ceremony held at Grosvenor Square, London.

Hosted by Real Business in association with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and supported by the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), the annual event recognises the UK’s best finance directors and service providers. Unlike other awards that are judged by a panel of experts, nominations are personally cast by national business owners and FDs.
