Hitchcock Wright & Partners appointed to market Wavertree Technology Park

Hitchcock Wright & Partners has been appointed as joint letting agent with Dunedin Industrial on Wavertree Technology Park in Liverpool.

The business park near Edge Lane provides flexible self-contained accommodation from 500 sq ft for as little as £100.00 per week inclusive. Fast becoming a vibrant area within the city region, it is currently the focus of ongoing investment and development in the commercial and retail sectors. Earlier this year work got underway on the £100m redevelopment of the adjacent Edge Lane Retail Park.

Dunedin Industrial, one of the largest owners of industrial and office property in the UK, acquired the technology park in May 2015.

A range of unit sizes are available from 500 to 7000 sq ft across the park’s three main areas; Wavertree Boulevard South, Newton Court and Faraday Road. Wavertree Boulevard South comprises four blocks of units which have undergone a full exterior upgrade with total recladding to roof and canopy areas. New signage has also been installed throughout for tenants to display corporate branding in a prominent position outside their unit.

All units comprise an integral kitchen and toilet facilities with a number of dedicated parking bays. Refurbished throughout to a high standard, the units offer contemporary, bright working spaces.

Brian Ricketts, Partner at Hitchcock Wright & Partners, says:

“We are delighted to be appointed as joint agent with Dunedin Industrial on Wavertree Technology Park. Located in a prominent position at a key gateway route into Liverpool, the park is an exciting opportunity for businesses of all sizes seeking well-connected, modern offices on highly flexible attractive terms from 12 months and from as little as £100 per week on the smaller units.”

Rob Thompson, Asset Manager at Dunedin Industrial, adds:

“After acquiring the site 14 months ago, we have refurbished a number of units to a high standard to provide self-contained accommodation. This, alongside the ongoing regeneration of the Edge Lane area has played a huge part of the site’s appeal and we’ve already received interest in a number of the units available.”
