Innovative and unique eating venture launched in Liverpool

A new late night BBQ club showcasing a unique menu has been launched in Liverpool.

The club is the brainchild of the three partners behind Graffiti Spirits, whose take on a crayfish boil Louisiana-style, cooked in a sweet spicy stock and served with barbecue corn & spicy sausage, is being touted in the industry as a favourite for several food & drink awards later this year.
Director Matt Farrell explained:
“We’ve been really inspired by what we have seen on our extensive travels across Europe and America over the last 12 months. However it left us thinking that not only could we take the ideas that we saw to another level, but we could also bring something new and unique to our home city. The BBQ Club is based around the scenario of sharing dishes and is very much a late night concept that we think provides a gap in the market given that many people enjoy eating out late, especially on holiday in Europe. We wanted to improve the quality of that late night offer. Now our guests as well as visitors to the city can do so in one of the top tourist destinations in the world, Liverpool.”
