Your invitation to the LCH board meeting

Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust (LCH) is inviting members of the local community to attend their monthly Board meetings.

The monthly meetings take place in Liverpool and Sefton on alternate months, and the next Board meeting will take place in Bootle on 29th July from 1.30pm at The L20 Building (Room 111), Hugh Baird College, Balliol Road, Bootle Liverpool, L20 7EW.

The Trust is at the heart of the delivery of healthcare within the communities of Merseyside and the surrounding area reaching a population of around 750,000 people.

The Trust provides a wide range of NHS health services and public health support services to local people, enabling them to be cared for out of hospital and in the community, in order to remain as independent as possible.

Frances Molloy Chair of LCH Trust Board explains:

“Each month members of the public are invited to attend our Board meetings in order to listen to our plans, and contribute questions and feedback, in order to help us shape how we deliver health services to our communities.

“As a Trust, LCH is committed to providing a caring and compassionate culture for all of our patients and staff, and to continual improvement to ensure we are offering the very best support possible across all of our community health settings.”

In addition, every month a patient also attends the Board meeting to share their personal experience of being cared for by LCH staff. This patient feedback is shared to help demonstrate best practice and also to identify any potential areas for improvement.

Members of the public who would like to attend the next Board meeting should contact the Communications Team to register their interest by calling: 0151 295 3200 or emailing: lch.communications@liverpoolch.nhs.uk.
